THE TF1 GROUP COMPLETES THE SALE OF THE UNIFY PUBLISHERS DIVISION TO REWORLD MEDIA

Following the press release of June 28, 2022 and the approval of the Competition Authority of October 7, the TF1 group announces today that it has finalized the sale of the Publishers UNIFY business to Reworld Media.

Given developments in the sector, the TF1 group has decided to focus its development on its content publishing activities, its streaming and production offer. Thanks to its strong presence in the media landscape, its growth momentum and the complementarity of its brands with those of Unify Publishers’ activities, Reworld Media emerged as the best partner to guide its future development.
