An An Afghan who was resettled in Montana by the Biden administration has been charged with the rape of a teenage girl, the latest of a handful of refugees accused of committing crimes in the United States, according to reports.
Zabihullah Mohmand, 19, has been charged with the alleged rape of an unidentified 18-year-old woman, known only as “Jane Doe”, according to to the court document filed with the Missoula County Justice Court of Record. Mohmand has been charged with one count of having had sex without consent.
Jane Doe told police in Missoula that she fell asleep in Mohmand’s hotel room and was awoken to find him on her, according to the court document.
